“Clear” Line™ Health Professional Referral Program

Launching January 1st of the New Year!

All of our “Clear” Line™ Health Professionals can refer other health professionals to the “Clear” Line™.

We are offering a 10% discount coupon to the referring professional on their next order as well as a 10% discount to the new "Clear" Line™ Health Professional on their first order.

Here is how it works:

1. A “Clear” Line™ Health Professional refers a new health professional to the “Clear” Line™, distributed by Future Body Sciences, Inc.
2. The new health professional registers with Future Body Sciences, Inc., completes all of the required paperwork, and is approved by Future Body Sciences, Inc. to order the "Clear" Line™.
3. The new “Clear” Line™ Health Professional then receives an e-mail with a 10% off discount coupon to use when placing their first order using www.futurebodysciences.com.
4. Once the new “Clear” Line™ Health Professional has placed their first order, the “Clear” Line™ Health Professional who referred them will also receive an e-mail with a 10% off discount coupon to use when placing their next order via www.futurebodysciences.com.

Important Referral Program Rules:

A) Discount coupons cannot be combined to receive a greater total discount, but must be used on separate orders.

B) Due to the “Clear” Line™ Health Professional’s soliciting efforts, that Health Professional is able to accrue several 10% off discount coupons, depending on the number of new health professional referrals that register with, and are approved by, Future Body Sciences, Inc. before the Health Professional uses the coupons.

C) The 10% off discount coupon is only valid for a two-month period, after which it will expire and become unredeemable.
